Ingredients: Rice, fernbrake, roots of balloon flower, bean sprout, beef, red pepper paste, sesame oil Spiciness: Description: A dish made by mixing rice with various other cooked vegetables. Great for experiencing different vegetables, pleasing to the eye, and full of nutrients. Jeonju's variation of bibimbap is most famous.
In Korean households, bibimbap is frequently prepared from steamed rice, vegetables, and meat. Since the late 20th century bibimbap has become widespread in different countries, due to its convenience of preparation. It is also served on many airlines connecting to South Korea.
It looks very simple just put all kinda of ingredients in a bowl then mixing with chili sauce, it's true, but somehow very difficult to make the harmony of taste, each ingredients have own flavor and if make without the balance it will be failed to stay true to the flavor for individuality!
